When you fill out our partnership form, your personal information (including full name, physical email address, telephone contact number, and school profile alignment) is processed cleanly for business communications. We enforce absolute confidentiality protocols—your profile details are securely stored internally to establish services and will never be shared, leased, or distributed to outside networks without explicit authorization.

3. Medical Liability & Liability Waiver

All structured coaching drills, performance assessments, tournaments, and sports conditioning modules managed by ATHELIO involve inherent physical activity. Schools, athletic program directors, and participating parents acknowledge that ATHELIO Sports Management, its certified field staff, and execution coordinators assume zero financial liability for physiological accidents, training injuries, or hardware damages incurred during standard playground operations.

4. Payment Terms & Transaction Framework

All institutional fees, contract schedules, structural execution payments, and operational platform deposits are strictly calculated and cleared in Indian Rupees (INR). Service commitments stand structured on explicit milestones detailed within final partnership documents.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The layout frameworks, architectural graphic design tokens, core branding identity marks, structural coaching curriculums, and visual photo records showcased across this web resource remain the exclusive intellectual property of ATHELIO Sports Management.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By School: If a school cancels a program mid-term, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. A cancellation fee may apply. By ATHELIO: If we are unable to deliver a program due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure), we will issue a pro-rata refund or credit for the canceled sessions.
